CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME CLUB

........ MAKING MORE OF CARAVANNING

Membership is for people with caravans, motor caravans or trailer tents. Founded in 1907 the Club currently has over 300,000 member families and a network of over 200 sites in the British Isles. In addition there are 3000 Certificated Locations which are small privately-owned sites taking no more than five outfits at a time.
The Club offers a full range of services and benefits to members, including technical advice, roadside assistance/recovery, courses, insurance and travel arrangements for holidays in the United Kingdom and in Europe.
The Club supports a national network of ten Divisions and 5
8 Centres to promote caravanning at a local level. Each Division or Centre is run by a committee of members who volunteer their time.

The 2025 Question Time Event has been held at the River and Rowing Museum in Henley on Thames on Saturday 14th June.

 

The Panel  comprised

Greg Potter – Club Vice Chairman

Selwyn Cooper – Executive Committee

Adrian Hobbs – Technical Committee

Nick Lomas – Director General

Gordon Kossick – Head of I/S

 

The meeting was well attended with questions concerning electric cars and charging points on sites along with reserved site pitches amongst many other typical topics.

The  2024  Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 18th January 2025 at the Holiday Inn, Aston Clinton Road, Aylesbury, HP22 5QT and Trevor Cocks was duly elected Chair of the Division. Linda Allen became Administrator, David Rickard became Treasurer and Wendy Goddard became Digital Champion.

The Special General Meeting held on the 12th October at Derwent School at Henlow agreed to adopt  the new constitution and associated changes. To see the final Minutes of the SGM click here.

Clubfest 2025 was held at

Bolesworth Castle in Cheshire, CH3 9HQ

on 23rd – 27th May

and was headlined by The Lightning Seeds and Boyz Life.
